Trust & Transparency

Editorial Policy

SEO By Ganesh publishes service information, guides and case-study material to help readers understand digital marketing decisions. This policy explains how authorship, evidence, review, corrections and commercial interests are handled.

Named responsibility

Articles should identify a real author. Public expertise, credentials and external profile links are shown only after they have been reviewed in the site’s editorial workflow. A byline is not treated as proof of expertise by itself.

Evidence before strong claims

Measurable performance claims, case-study metrics and factual statements that need support should be linked to appropriate evidence. If the supporting material is missing, expired or rejected, the claim should be withheld, softened or marked for review rather than presented as verified fact.

Editorial review

Published articles and reviewed service pages have a separate editorial status. Editing a reviewed article or service page returns it to review-required status so a previous approval cannot silently cover new text.

Dates

Publication, modification and editorial-review dates describe different events. We do not change dates simply to make old material appear new. A review date is shown only when a review was actually recorded.

Corrections and updates

When material information is found to be inaccurate or outdated, it should be corrected and the page should return to the review workflow where appropriate. Historical evidence is retained separately when needed for auditability.

Commercial transparency

SEO By Ganesh sells SEO, advertising, website and related digital marketing services. Educational content may link to relevant services or contact options. Those commercial links do not change the requirement for factual accuracy and evidence.

Search and AI features

Content is written for people first. Structured data, internal linking and machine-readable feeds are used to describe the same public information, not to create a separate set of unsupported claims for search engines or AI systems.

Questions or corrections

If you believe a factual statement needs correction, use the contact page and identify the URL and statement concerned.
